Lady Finally Gets Pants That Truly Fit Her
Fitting Pants
Sewing Friends:ÂÂ
It is always rewarding to see the smiles on faces of ladies who have finally gotten the pant fit they have wanted for so long.
One of my sewing students, a 70+ year old lady, desperately wanted a pair of pants that fit. She has a right high hip, a large, round protruding tummy, her waist dips in the back, and her tummy area is actually larger than her hips. Her large bosom nearly sits on her tummy.  She is a perfectionist and has been struggling with fit for a very long time. She has tried everything there is to try without success. She traveled many miles to numerous classes and seminars only to leave with something that still needed to be “tweaked”.
I am so happy to tell you that after following the instructions in my “Common Sense Fitting Method For Hard-To-Fit Sewing Folks Who Want Great Fitting Pants And Skirts”, this lady is wearing pants that fit her beautifully.
She achieved this success with the very first pair of pants that she made. She actually wore her “trial” pants to church this Sunday. Her figure looks much
improved, too. She plans to use her master pants pattern to design other pant styles. Needless to say, she is very happy.
I hope to get a photo of her in her new pants to share with you soon.
It makes my day to hear these success stories.
I hope you are successful, too. If you have a problem or don’t understand something, please let me know. I am here to help you.
Good fit is possible without all the slashing, spreading, pinning, tucking, etc. that you have done in the past. Try the “Common Sense Fitting Method.”
If you got your fit using my new method, please share your story with us.ÂÂ
If you haven’t tried it yet, why not? End pant fitting frustration.ÂÂ
Sew some new pants for the holidays!ÂÂ
 It just makes sense!
