Sewing Guidelines - Beading
Beading
Sewing Friends:
I don’t do a lot of beading or any kind of decorative hand sewing on my garments. Most of the sewing that I do is by machine. However, I do appreciate and admire the beauty of beading and intricate designs that people create.ÂÂ
Beading is very popular these days. You see it everywhere.  Think about beading your jeans or a pillow. Here are some guidelines to help you achieve beading success.ÂÂ
The Home Sewing Association has added two more parts to their “How To Guidelines for Sewing”.
They are listed under the General How To Guidelines and include Beading Part I and Beading Part II.
Even if you aren’t into beading, you might want to add a bit of “bling” to your sewing project once in a while. Check out these beading guidelines and add them to your sewing notebook.
You will discover basic techniques and some good tips to help you bead your sewing projects.
There is a lot of free beading information online. Check out these sites for tutorials on  Free Beading Lessons or Free Beading Patterns or Bob’s Beading TutorialsÂÂ
Hope this helps you achieve beading success. If you know of a good beading site, please share it with us.
