Wild Ginger Pattern Master Boutique Version 4
Sewing Patterns - Fitting
Sewing Friends:
I never thought I would say this! But, oh, my goodness! If you have never tried computer generated pattern making software or even if you have in the past, I urge you to take a look at the very latest version Wild Ginger has to offer called Pattern Master Boutique, Version 4 (PMB4).
It was just released and there are a few minor bugs that they are working out, but in general, it is absolutely awesome. PMB4 is extremely user friendly and a very versatile program that allows you to create a wardrobe that fits your unique body. It is not only for you, but you can use it for everyone you sew for.
Save time and money. You won’t have to spend a lot of money on commercial patterns or have to spend a lot of time altering them to fit any more. I am so excited about this program. You literally have thousands of choices to design your own great fitting wardrobe for yourself and your family or your business clients.
Wild Ginger offers the best, most superior support I have ever encountered by any company. They are there to help you succeed. I swear they never eat or sleep.
I became a Certified Wild Ginger Instructor and have just begun teaching fitting classes using PMB4.
Most of my students are senior figures. So, we are all anxious to see how we can make garments to fit our odd shapes and sizes.Â
Even with my lopsided body, I have made pants and tops that fit with PMB. I figured out what and how to have the computer draft what I needed. It works when you understand what your body needs and where it needs it. That’s where my Common Sense Fitting Method really helps, too.
As time permits, I will report on our progress with Wild Ginger Pattern Master Boutique.
Meanwhile, check it out at Wild Ginger.
