Recycled Jeans Sewing Project
Hi Sewing Friends:
Sewing can be so much fun especially when sewing for or with the young. I recently taught a beginner sewing class how to recycle old used denim jeans into other garments.
We made a ruffled jeans skirt with a Magic Sash and a jeans pant leg purse. The kids really enjoyed the class. It was interesting to see how they created their own versions of the denim handbag.

Sewing Fashion Trends
Sewing Friends:
High heeled pumps, pencil slim skirt with wide cinched belt and puffy sleeved feminine blouse with a soft bow at the neck, a classic fitted jacket, hat and bag - - -the 2008 fashion trend or what I wore for my first job interview in the 50’s? The only thing missing is the white gloves!
